Not really. He could've been dealing on campus and they could've rarely showed clasroom scenes.

th problem isn't even killing Ghost, the problem is them trying to make a green nikka an instant criminal mastermind. The problem with both Force and Book II is they keep coming up with contrived ways to keep them linked,
Killing Ghost is the problem because they had to pin on someone and that someone just so happened to be Tommy. Everything that has happened in the show has been because of that one move. Tasha in witsec should be long gone and shouldn't still be making appearances on the show as it defeats the purposes of her being in witsec if she can come and go as she please.

Shows get linked and crossover all the time, so Book II/Force isn't an exception to that. The problem is that they had to come up with a goofy way to undo what the previous showrunner wrote and even then Tommy should still have beef with Tasha and Tariq because he's now a wanted criminal because of them when he left OG Power with an arguable clean slate.

Killing Ghost isn't the problem. Bad writing is the problem. They could've pinned the murder on anyone. These nikkas never go to jail. The Tasha witsec is stupid, but thats the path the writers chose.

Which is bad writing. None of that is because Ghost "died".

Pinned the murder on who exactly considering there was only 3 viable options (Tommy, Tasha, Tariq) it could have been.

Tariq killing Ghost is bad writing if they had no long term plan behind it, which they obviously didn't based on a lot of the writing in the spinoff.

"Power" been illogical since S2, they could've literally pinned the murder on anyone. Shiit Tariq could've took it to trial and beat it. Even when they snitched on Tommy, he still had to be caught and convicted.

They could have, but they pinned it on Tommy and now the new showrunner is having to undo the bind that the previous one put them in. It never made sense from a storyline perspective anyways as they were always going to crossover at some point like other shows do.

the new show runner is just as bad as the old ones if this is the best he could come up with to do a crossover.

Did y'all peep this. Apparently one of the officers is related to Angela

His name is junior and he is Angela's nephew. Wonder what they do with that.

They needed to end the end the beef between Tasha+Tariq/Tommy and there limited options to do so based on the circumstances, which speaks to how goofy it was to pinned Ghost's murder on Tariq anyways.

The one thing I will criticize the new showrunner for is how they wrote going back to witsec as she pleases and why I wish they'd either get rid of that storyline altogether and get her out of it or stop having her appear on the show as it defeats the purpose of witsec in general.
