manayunk/roxborough already arrived its yuppy central just like fishtown.....you gotta get in before businesses and cafes pop up....brewerytown, east kensingon, port richmond up and around Temple area are places that will see a boom....essentially anything near the EL or public transportation......they will be the new fishtowns

Nah my fam stay across the bridge in lower merion shyt i left west oak lane N west philly at 7th grade and stay out there In LM until the end of college but manayunk is ass in my opinion And temple ain’t changing til the hood nikkas n shooters are done with

Imma prob go back to lower merion cus the schools in the city are trash and i went thru both of them I’ll prob just fix up the house and rent it out or sell it to some one since it’s a bunch going for 100k in that area
