manayunk/roxborough already arrived its yuppy central just like fishtown.....you gotta get in before businesses and cafes pop up....brewerytown, east kensingon, port richmond up and around Temple area are places that will see a boom....essentially anything near the EL or public transportation......they will be the new fishtowns

You mean like 52nd and Market?

if you ever paid attention to the city markers they have the truth in plain sight ...many overlook these I personally enjoy reading these i learned a lot .....i wish i had taken photos of some of them especially pertaining to racism in this city....this one is about the lombard riots put there was also the Columbia Riots during Rizzo's time....if you didn't know Columbia Ave was renamed to what is today Cecil B. Moore...

For the most part that's pretty accurate West Philly got hit really bad.....Center City mostly along the Walnut and Chestnut St. cooridors and Aramingo by Castor those stores got hit but they also hit stores up by the blvd but West Philly got hit really bad unfortunately. We was out there cleaning first day Imma go back this week most likely I hit my man Sadiq's water ice to see what businesses out there still need help
