chestnut hill is very established there are some dope homes out there it's almost not even philly but great area to raise a family or just get away from the city without entirely living in it
manayunk/roxborough already arrived its yuppy central just like fishtown.....you gotta get in before businesses and cafes pop up....brewerytown, east kensingon, port richmond up and around Temple area are places that will see a boom....essentially anything near the EL or public transportation......they will be the new fishtowns

They are the ones the cops need to be grabbing and ducking up still can’t believe ppl planning this shyt out to hit up sups. I live over in lower merion now but they was scared to cross city line aveI have a crib on 52nd and Bmore...it's away from stores, but they are digging up my block. I can see one of these dipshyts trying to steal a crane/dump truck.

For the most part that's pretty accurate West Philly got hit really bad.....Center City mostly along the Walnut and Chestnut St. cooridors and Aramingo by Castor those stores got hit but they also hit stores up by the blvd but West Philly got hit really bad unfortunately. We was out there cleaning first day Imma go back this week most likely I hit my man Sadiq's water ice to see what businesses out there still need help
