Even on 30fps it's still shaky

I haven't streamed on PC in years, shyt's just a hassle. PS4 does it way better.

You tried lowering the bitrate and resolution of the stream?? I've streamed at 720P/60fps before and it seemed fine but that was a minute ago.

I played the beta on PS4 and felt the same way. Couldn't hit anything with him. Not the same for me on PC tho. I clearly lost him and outplayed him, but since he had that stun he basically was gifted the kill.

Yea the tor stacks are lame. And a good team who can place turrets strategically is terrible. It can still be countered tho. Most tor players are straight scrubs. They literally just try to set up turrets in a encounter right in front of you.
I think Planet Destiny did a vid on this way back when Destiny first came out. I think this is worse cuz the bullet magnetism varied and never got too unreasonable, plus it made sense for a console shooter - in Overwatch it just looks like an oversized hitbox

Your processor is bottlenecking your performance. Change your cpu speed in obs to a slower settingI have 7Mbps upload speed, my bitrate is at 2500. Maybe I'll go even lower
Change to 30 fps as well in obs.
