He's on PTR, if you play on Xbox/PS4 then you'll probably have to wait 2 weeks.
Really interesting though, the best designed hero they've released since Sombra I feel.

OW hasn't had a truly balanced new hero since Ana or Orisa in my opinion. Baptiste kit looks like he can solo heal a whole squad dolo in the right hands. Can you imagine this nikka in a GOATS setup?? Nothing will ever die

Yep, a friend and I were messing around wit his abilities and right away we were both worried this will just make GOATs stronger.
Although I don't know what he would replace, either Brig or Zen. I'd lean toward Zen.
But in pro play D.Va is swapped for Sombra often so maybe we'll see a 4 support version of GOATs emerge as he could put out some decent DPS with discord, and his ult.
I don't see him fitting with dive comps, but we'll see how his playstyle evolves.
In a way he does counter GOATs too, his invulnerability shield keeps people alive through D.Va bomb/grav combos and the vertical mobility is really strong against GOATs.
I don't think he has solo healing capabilities, his right clicks heal 60 so you still have to hit your shots like Ana but don't do nearly the same amount of healing, and the radius is less than her nade. And he can't heal himself with right clicks.
The healing aura thing is on like a 15 second cooldown, so if he were solo healing it's basically like Ana but it's harder to heal yourself. You do have the vertical mobility over sleep dart though but that just makes him weaker to dive comps.

Ana was kind of broken on release, her nano gave the speed boost. That's why we had the nano Reaper meta. (Lucio's old aura played a part too).
Pros have been running 4 dps comps lately to counter GOATs, with a Hammond and Mercy, sometimes 3 dps replacing one with a Lucio. The problem with this is that pros are so good at dive and it hard counters 3/4 DPS, so you're forced to swap and lose ult economy. And end up on GOATs in the end anyways.
And one last thing, Baptiste's invulnerability shield has the potential to make a lot of DPS ults weaker. Sombra will benefit heavily from this though, she's already been creeping back into the meta and now she'll be a requirement I think.
But this is all just theory crafting from me, I enjoy watching pro play in this game and all that shyt it's fun for me. I could be wrong about everything, we'll have to see how some top level players use his kit.
We still don't have anyone who has found a good playstyle for Hammond yet (think of how Winston was trash before Miro (Lunatic Hai) created the dive playstyle and completely changed the game.)

I don't play as often as I used to but I try to keep up with the pro scene/meta best I can.

Haven't played in months but the anniversary event is back and threes a couple skins i want so im back on the grind! Feels good coming back after a couple months of apex legends.

It's basically gambling, very rarely do I get off because I'm done for the day. 95% of the time I log off because I'm fukking pissed at the matchmaking, I swear this shyt steal your happiness.
But when you actually get a good team, or play pick up games then it's one of the best experiences I've ever had gaming.
