Damn lie. lol. U got people even hating on the beats on Life Is Good. Look at Vlad for instance.

What sensible voice hates on LIG beats lol? Outside of Summer On Smash and Reach Out the beats were good. Reach Out isn't even a bad beat, it's just a super overused sample. I might be the biggest "picky beat guy" here lol.

Beats are like sports matches to me. You want it to be on your home court if possible. Just as Hov's home court is soulful beats with horns, Nas' home court is hard drums and break beats. Give him something up tempo and rhythmic and he'll murder it every time. Throw in some moody piano loops and you got yourself a championship run.

It's a win/win for Nas if you ask me. He has a huge amount of work completed (Nas Album Done project). He continues to record to put the perfect pieces together for that album. During the process, he works with multiple producers and mcs and continues to add more and more tracks to his list of new shyt. Any work that doesn't fit the first album sonically or conceptually (Nas Album Done project), he saves for a second project (Hit Boi). Anything that doesn't fit that one goes to Lost Tapes 3. WIN/WIN

Sonically Hit-Boy is going to lace Nas with that modern hip hop sonically. I'm ready for that project and whatever the other project is, which is probably his album album.
