Yeah, I saw a few S Rank Soldiers as well last night
I beat the main storyline last night, I was mind fukked brehs.
I'm currently at 68% overall, with 27 Side Ops to Complete. I'm not even going to try that S Rank Dispatch mission until I have a few more S Rank soldiers under my wing.
I think I only have 3 or 4 departments that aren't Level 4 yet. And they all are in the 40s as far as their personnel makeup.
I think I'm going to keep on knocking out the rest of the Side Ops to keep stacking GMP and find these S Rank Goons, and then start on the S Rank for the missions... I'll check the Tasks for the missions as well and try and get those too, but I'm going to just try and S Rank them initially due to the time bonuses
Basically where I am except I have more side ops to do. I also wanna save some side ops for my Raiden Suit. Its actually much faster to get GMP through S Ranking missions with minimal equipment. I got over 860K in one mission alone. If you do the final mission [Extreme] Salhanthrapusijfdfd (sp) all you need is the Zhuuk vehichle (the one with eight wheels that shoots the rapid fire cannon). I didn't even get out of the vehicle and beat the metal gear before it even started doing its rail gun attack
S ranking missions can get you 3 million in 10 minutes flat if you do the right missions in the right way.
I'm also going back to get all of the specialists I missed in my first playthrough because I have all of my weapons and equipment acquired/levelled up to the point that I only need the specialists. In fact now that I think of it I only need the Botanist and Video Camera/Recording Specalistst and I'm good.

Yeah, that's what I was planning on doing on EXTREME. I figured that out when I beat it the first time. I was dying before I hopped in that thing and wrecked it. Spam firing like a muhfukka

FYI you can have ∞ silencers too, but you need to get a specialist and other upgrades, (namely R&D)
Also since us friends don't like filth like a mysophobe and also don't want to offend the wife like time to sleep on the couch, you can acquire Quiet's XOF outfit and the Grey Wolf outfit. The XOF outfit has her fully clothed while the Grey Wolf has her clothed but with cleavage.
