They can't hear suppressed weapons. They could hear the bullet hit something close enough to them if you missed your shot. 50 yards is not far enough to be out of a person's line of sight.

is it me or are the child soldiers vision much better than the other forces?
I thought I was the only one. Most of the time the adult mooks can't see me when I'm prone but them kids would get suspicious a good few meters away even when I'm laying flat in bushes.

from the looks of things, the noise suppression specialist will only upgrade your tranquilizer pistol where it will no longer need a suppressor as its built in.
I been killing it with the riot SMG. even without a suppressor, it's significantly quieter that most other guns.

How do you tranq a bear?
One head shot, with a tranq sniper if it doesn't see you. The first time I caught a bear I only had my tranq pistol. It took the entire clip to drop him.
You can go balls out. Some missions are so long you'll be Elite if youre able to stealth your way through the entire thing.
cool, but ultimately, what's the point in building up mother base? What's its purpose?

Theres mist, camoflauge and armour abilities and you have to fulton the skulls with that ability to get them
Mist is from that mission where you save Miller and the honeybee mission. You get the camoflauge from mission 28 and armour from mission 29 skulls
