I couldn't even knock dude into the puddle and those water towers kept getting blown up before I could use it on him. After so many retries I just called the chopper ahead of time at a distance and knocked him down with the rocket launcher, ran to the LZ and flew out of there.

All his fireballs got blocked by a tree his was standing too close to.

fukk that dude.

Its a little tricky..you have to call in the chopper before he spots you but also when he's close enough to the water tower so you can knock him out

Quiet, CQC and an assault rifle is all you need.

Completing 29 and 42 with Quiet is corrupting saves

You don't have to skip a mission...

All you have to do is wear the butterfly FRONT emblem...You can put any design over it if you want or even shrink it...

In order to get the emblem you have to let Quiet kill/tranq more enemies than you on a mission...
