they sell games everywhere in 2015

You only went to 1 store?

Well currently I'm in Japan and the one store I went to usually have newly launched games on deck. It's just I got unlucky with this one. I probably could have went to a couple of more stores, but I would've ran into the same problem that I ran into with the one store I went to: no PS4 versions but plenty of XBOX ONE versions. At the end of the day, I had an opportunity to reserve my own copy, but me being a dumba$$ I thought I would be able to walk in and get a PS4 version on day one. No biggie as I've mentioned it gives me time to brush up my skills with Ground Zeroes before I go into the main stage.

:wow: the things you can do in game are crazy. While on the first mission I saw a truck that came in so while carrying the hostage I decide to put him in there instead of calling the horse and it worked :wow:. It's so fukkin fun.
The gameplay is superb.
The freedom you have to approach each mission the way YOU want to is something I've never seen in any other game. I never feel like I HAVE to do anything a certain way in this game. Nothing feels scripted or made to push me towards a certain play style.

I read on neogaf that you need to start up Ground Zeroes and hit the upload save option before you can download your progress into TPP. I'll have to try that when I get home. They say TPP doesn't search for your old GZ save on its own, you have to upload it manually. This could be 100% incorrect though. I wont know until I check. Has anyone had any success transferring anything over from GZ?

This is correct. GZ recently got an update that allows you to upload your GZ save. then when you start TPP, itll find it. And youll see certain things unlocked (some instantly, like solid snake costume, or some as you beat missions, like Hideo Kojima)

Depends on what missions you completed and who you extracted. Apparently you can do this multiple times as well, so if you wanna go back and complete more of ground zeroes, feel free.

I unlocked Solid Snake Skin, Kojima, and a gold bionic arm. oh yea and BB sneaking suit from GZ.

The MGS Forum people who don't like this game clearly didn't play Peace Walker :heh:
Or any of the PSP games which were pretty much the same as well. Its a shame because you miss out on a lot of cool details if you never played Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops on PSP, like the fact that it was Big Boss that found Frank Jaegar, who later became Grey Fox and ultimately the Ninja from Metal Gear Solid.

Apparently, people who have ground zeroes will get something to do in Camp Omega (place ground zeroes took place in) aswell, or atleast that's the rumor so far.

Metal Gear Informer

People who own GZ will be able to play a different mission(s) at Camp Omega in TPP. That's the current plan. That's the current plan. There's something of a big feature involved. There's something of a big feature involved. It's never been done before in the games industry. It's never been done in the games industry before. So I can not go into detail about it, but I think When you experience it for yourselves you'll be surprised. It's something that's only possible-through video games It's something that's only possible through video games

I'm assuming that Psycho Mantis is working for Major Zero (Cipher) right? I've gotten up to the 6th mission. I'm unsure though because it seems like he had a bunch of opportunities to kill big boss and he didn't. The Volgin character didn't really try to kill Big Boss either. It was like the whole time they were just trying to flush him out into the open.
