Link ?I listened to podcast between Coogler and Coates and yeah....Chadwick was THAT dude and I can fully understand why they didn't recast. I advise everyone to check it out, it may not change ur mind but Coogler lays it out on table and you have to respect it.

People are upset about them killing off the character T'Challa by not re-casting. I get it. I also get why they didn't re-cast for this film, the "too soon" argument etc. But some of us aren't hype to see a 98 pound Leticia be the new Black Panther. It is what it is, I'm not rooting for the movie to fail. I think the re-cast T'Challa crowd wants Marvel to hear our voices and recent events suggest that Marvel is listening.
