These shows are a good testing ground for marvel to check out directors and other crew / actors.
Wandavision director showed some major weaknesses so I would be surprised if he gets upgraded.
Others like the writers for this and TFATWS got (effective) promotions.

I think they put some of that down to Covid, rewrites (plot removal) and there was more than one writer on TFATWS.
Spellman got the promotion.

Personally I think Spellman has some glaring weaknesses but he has his finger on the pulse of the social angles so I expect we will get more of that in Cap 4.
NB. Campea (IIRC) said that this is the first D+ show that has not been majorly affected by the pandemic.

I agree to some extent but that is the direction creative directors want to go in. Unfortunately (like some other aspects of life) I suspect that as far as these social topics are concerned, MCU gringo management is tone deaf and has no idea.
As such they hand it off to creatives and rely on 3rd party audience and market feedback to judge the quality.
I barely made it through episode 1. I thought it was just me. I’m liking Loki so far.

Seems like some time bending is accepted. In Gamora's case to defeat thanos. Loki brings this up doesnt he in the ep? They say as much iirc. Im sure thats gonna be partly what the show is about or Loki's contention with the TVA. What gives the space lizard the right to exert control over the universe. Why not just let the multiverse happen.

The only reason that Gamora-2 is "ok" is because her actions are on the timeline that led to the TVA "sacred timeline".
There is no moral value judgement and it doesn't matter (in principle) that Gamora is time displaced. Miss Minutes showed that the actual action itself is not the important thing (uprising vs. late for work). (infinity stone usage being an open point).
All that matters is "are her actions on the sacred timeline of actions that have occurred in the past, looking back at them from the distant future?".
Saying that the TVA are probably lying in some part and they are not in as much control and things are not as clear cut as they say.
If they were "all powerful" then the hidden-adversary/(other loki?) wouldn't be a threat.
