Only if you ignore all the variants across the universe...throughout all of existence that they managed to prune....with their glow sticks.

With the glaring exception being child She-Loki’s unstoppable foot stomp, of course.

as they indicated in the show, they can prune a timeline WITHOUT engaging the variant who caused it.

why not? is it cause they didn’t do anything to create a Nexus level event?

because

1. timeline divergence has to cascade and intensify from nexus event until actual branching of the timeline occurs.
