Well, Season 2 of Loki is already confirmed so they can probably fit a lot of story there.

It'll be interesting to see if Loki Season 2 takes place before or after that. But I think MoM is done filming and Loki Season 2 hasn't started, so they might use Loki Season 2 to tie up any loose ends from the movie.
