dog I aint been able to start. went to rite aid on friday and found out they had it. but they needed ID because it's behind the pharmacy counter. didn't have it on me. now I can't find the shyt nowhere. in my room. my clothes. my car.....maybe this gods way of tellin me nah breh, you don't need it:whoa::heh:......but nah, it'll come up soon. bout to do a deep clean of all my shyt. once I start i'll hit this thread with the update.

just finished up a couple weeks. fukked up my sleeping habits big time:mjcry:.....but I was still able to keep energy for my workouts and preserve my strength. I lost the weight I wanted and got super lean. wasn't totally satisfied just cause I feel too damn small even though i'm still strong. starting up on another bulk then will run it again. krack how the fukk did you manage to hit 8% at 165. shyt just seems impossible for me. i'm 5'9 and got all the way down to 150 and still prolly at 10%. I just feel like my frame can't hold much more muscle. i'm 150 squatting 315. benching 120 lb dumbells. leg pressing 7 plates. I used to be 185...that was when I was really beasting squatting 420 like nothing. in order for me to move major weight I have to eat like crazy and put on a lot of weight. just don't like feeling all bulky though. my ultimate goal is to be 160 8% body fat but it just seems like it's not gonna happen. i'm really feeling maxed out strength wise.

@((ReFleX)) 150? @krackdagawd 165? sheeiitt i havent been 150 since prolly 8th-9th grade 165 since senior year in HS (i had dropped 60 lbs that summer :wow:)...if i try to carry that weight on my 6'3 1/2" frame ppl would think i was sick and/or starving lol..but yeah the EC stack is no joke

lol yea it's cause your tall. for my height 160 is perfect. once I get over 170 I start feeling slow and lethargic.

That shyt was like almost 2 years ago, I don't have the patience for it anymore but was tracking everything through myfitnesspal, my meals consisted of mostly brown rice and chicken/steak for lunch & dinner and eggs/bacon/avocado with wheat toast for breakfast. With only water of course Every. damn. day.

Yeah I ain't about that life anymore shyts skressful :francis:
