Yeah I'm back to doing core stuff :francis: nothing crazy though just sit ups and ab wheel. I'm 32 and can tell you from first hand experience it's harder to get leaner now. :flabbynsick: I've been eating healthy for the longest due to the sc but I hit some Wendys or Burger king from time to time and be like :smugfavre: them days are over

this is truest thing i ever written in here...i pay for any junk i consume these days...and now i workout twice as hard just to get rid of it...draining to get to or stay within 225..its not right :francis:

aight i'ma go pick some up but low key i'm kinda nervous. aint tryin go to sleep and never wake up:mjcry:.....so is it cool if my workout sessions make me break a sweat?.....cause I like to keep my rest time's to a minimum.

Breh I don't even drink coffee I'm sensitive to stims. I took half doses and never did cardio on it.

To test tolerance is 1 bronkaid, 1 caffeine pill, and fish oil. Run that for a week. It's best to take on an empty stomach. I do 2 doses. One in the morning like around 9 am and another dose around.

prolly gonna start this weekend. run it for a couple weeks to lose these last 6 lbs. but since I started my ab work a couple weeks ago, my aesthetics have improved drastically. stomach has tightened up. especially around the obliques, which has helped the definition around my bottom chest. always thought abs was mainly about body fat, but for me my stomach really responds to ab work:yeshrug:

:patrice: how's your SCA holding up, no more set backs right? At least recently within the past 4-5 years?

nah they still happen less frequent though I went from 9+ a year before I started working out to about 4-6. I mean it's not a huge difference but even if it's 1 less a year it would be worth it in my eyes. That shyt is pure hell :francis:
