Yeah I'm back to doing core stuff nothing crazy though just sit ups and ab wheel. I'm 32 and can tell you from first hand experience it's harder to get leaner now. I've been eating healthy for the longest due to the sc but I hit some Wendys or Burger king from time to time and be like them days are over

Breh I don't even drink coffee I'm sensitive to stims. I took half doses and never did cardio on it.
