@krackdagawd .....Help a breh out. I can't get below 10% body fat for shyt.....my body just absolutely refuses. I can lose weight easy but it seems like I keep the softness....especially in my abs. it don't make sense to me. i'm losing weight and keeping my strength, how the fukk can my body fat not be dropping? Is EC Stack only for people who have a hard time losing weight or does it actually help break through fat loss plateau's?....because again, losing weight is not an issue it's just my body fat % that won't budge. shyt got me......i'm tryin to be on your level breh
started my cut with keto.....lost about 5 lbs quick. then after a couple weeks my muscles started lookin flat so I threw keto in the bushes. then I just went with the traditional 500 calorie deficit. eggs bacon and toast in the morning(sometimes protein shake and oatmeal). protein shake for lunch. chicken veggies and rice for dinner. another protein shake at night. with some peanut butter and coconut oil as my source of fats. then I hit the eliptical for 500-600 calories. just started some intermittent fasting this past week. did two 24 hour fasting days. I can lose weight easy but it just seems like that body fat will not budge. I can see my abs clearly. rip in the center of chest barely starting to peak through, but it just stays exactly the same. no matter if i'm dropping weight. I always thought if you're dropping weight and keeping your strength you have to be losing fat. this shyt got me frustrated as hell.What's that diet looking like breh

lol nah i'm just on a 500 calorie deficit. that cardio gets me there. fukk it man....i'm just gonna try carb cycling....try to trick my metabolism or something. I noticed your recent pic you just put up. what's your weight there compared to the ones when you're shredded?....is it a gradual change when you cut or do you notice there's a certain weight where your body has that break through from softness to vascular?...I know everybody's different but I feel like i'm right on the cusp.You're on a 500 Cal deficit and burning another 500 on cardio How long have you been doing this for?

fukk it i'm blaming phat. this is the first time I ever did phat for both my bulk and cut. I gained a lot of power but my aesthetics are disappointing...came out lookin too boxy. I looked much better after my last cut on a traditional push pull routine. had less muscle then so it's surprising. going back on a push pull routine with higher reps. feel like those low rep power days added too much bulkiness.back when I was trying to hit my leanest I would hit a 300 cal def and cut slowly usually 6-10 weeks maybe a bit more depending on dem cheat days and yeah it's a def a gradual change, you might not feel you're body is changing but take a pic about every week or so and you'll see a difference. I don't go by the scale much anymore I prefer the mirror but I think 165-170 ish is when I look the best without losing too much mass.

Yea phat will bring crazy gains but it's definitely not the best for athletic performance. right now I feel beastly as hell. gettin all kinds of glances from the ladies....but when I look at myself in the mirror all I see is ....don't know where I want wrong with this cut but i'm just taking the L and startin up another bulk. do you do any ab work?....I didn't do any ab work at all while bulking or cutting. before I never needed to. my abs would always come through regardless. maybe with age i'ma have to start an ab routine.I don't think PHAT is something to do all the time like that, shyt would probably be murder on the joints. Aesthetics wise PHAT gave me the best results imo but everyone is different maybe the push/pull works better for you. I've been itching to go back on it but nikkas will put serious paws on me if I do, I felt allllllll kinds of sluggish on that shyt boxing wise
