SO THEY COMPLETELY BUSHED THE KNIGHTMARE, EVIL SUPERMAN, DARKSEID, FLASH GOING BACK INTO TIME ANGLE.

I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING THAT PLAY OUT.

ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS WAKE SUPERMAN UP
AND EARTH IS SAVED.

THERE WAS NO POINT IN BUILDING A TEAM.

exactly how I felt. They should have left Snyder sdo his thing. The whole setup of bvs was about getting ready for darkseid... Now were left with steppenwolf as the jl universe main villain. But on some real shyt the problems started with the cut down of the directions cut of bvs... The directions cut is a very underwater movie. Superman coming back evil with the mullet was much better than the mother box revival thing.

anyway, dont think you can blame fatigue on the movie not doing the numbers expected...dont think you can blame the marketing neither...the movie was marketed damn well.....think the rest of the lead up to it gets the blame....all the negative reports; the switching of directors (no matter the reason, you had reports make it seem like whedon was brought in to 'save' the movie); the rotten tomato score reveal (made it seem like WB were hiding something, even though they werent and that was all rotten tomato); and the fact most people dont read reviews, they just go off scores when deciding to do something (most reviews said the movie was meh to good/entertaining, but they still gave it a low score).....

do think the movie will have decent legs though cause the word of mouth is actually good...most i've talked to off line have said they enjoyed the movie....

the only thing i hope that doesnt happen cause of the numbers is WB doing drastic changes again....i understand it's a business and it's about money, but if they bringing in these directors under the notion they gonna let them make the movie they want, then stick by that and live with the results....the movies are earning money to at least get that chance.....if it doesnt pan out like they hope, they can always start over....

this isnt true....he was the villain of this movie, but not of the universe....there is no 'villain of the universe'.....even with that said, there's darkseid, the legion of doom, brainac, and the new gods, which they can go against, which were all hinted at in this movie....

those are classic genres and ourside of action there are hardly ever blockbusters

CBM are blockbusters the way they are promoted which can cause fatigue. especially when you’re seeing the same heros over and over.

I feel you Beloved, and blockbuster or not.... there are usually a lot more of those spammed throughout the year and all would absolutely love to be blockbusters.... just a matter of marketing dollars they have to promote it.

A blockbuster isn’t really a genre, it’s just something in power or size. La La Land was a blockbuster and it was a “Martha Freaking” Musical

With that said..... I still don’t get this fatigue excuse, either people want to see these movies or they don’t. If you’re a fan it doesn’t matter.

Superman wasn't part of the team till the end. Before that they were going at Step minus Superman without much luck

I think BvS is a shytty movie itself but this film got altered more. I was wondering why everyone's suits look corny and overall silly. It's the color palette. They were made with Synders depressing color scheme in mind. It's why those Batfleck promo shots look goofy but in BvS it looks awesome. Superman in this film is really bright....you can even see how certain scenes we're brightened when contrasted to the first trailer. It's a blatant difference.

And yet people were getting pissed at me for pointing out the changes months ago.
