I never played the campaign of Halo 2. I played parts of Combat Anniversary but never finished the game, I don't remember any Flood.
The Flood is definitely in Halo 3. I don't remember if it was in Halo 4 but you're fighting a different enemy in that game
I tried ODST but they went out their way to make you not a Spartan so I stopped.
I don't believe there is any Flood in Reach.
So I don't know.
