I know they for sure filmed fake scenes. But to film an entire fake episode man:mjlol:

probably too late in the game for Howland Reed. We spent what... 3 plus season with his children? And Meera couldn't even get it a thank you and a high five from Bran

on the show, it's only been shown that the Starks (and NW) really cared about nights watch deserters - some folks, especially in the south, thinks they're clowns and/or don't really care about them. given the crazy shyt that was going down in the north, and the whole 5 kings war in general, I could see them not caring (it was never established they cared in the first place)

They also elected him KITN after the battle, so they kinda had a hand in pulling him from the NW...

again, no one in dany's crew minus tyrion and varys would even know about nights watch vows, they're not from westeros. No need to even go down that path
The north would have cared when Jon was trying to rally houses, or they should have. The people from Bear Island, for instance, knew that Jeor was the Lord Commander before Jon. When he showed up, free of his vows, someone should have asked why he left. Same with Lord Glover, and anyone else. I'm not saying they would have executed him. I just can't see any scenario where no one cared enough to ask why the Lord Commander had abandoned the NW through that entire campaign. It would have been the first time in thousands of years that a Lord Commander raised banners. Ramsay brought it up when they met up to parlay that he had deserted, so it's established that him being there was at least viewed as a desertion.

He could have said "I left to warn everyone of the white walkers" or whatever but it still wouldn't answer why he had abandoned his title as Lord Commander.

It really just looks like the writers didn't want to address it then, and wanted to save his "I was killed" thing for later for more dramatic impact. Which just doesn't seem plausible that not one person asked in the many months that it took for Jon to get where he is now.

It's kind of like how it doesn't make sense that no one seems to know that Stannis killed his own daughter. The writers seem to want to save it for reveals, when if you apply any scrutiny to it still being secret, it falls apart.

The punishment for leaving the NW is death. It is kind of big deal to not address that with the other Northern houses. I don't have much faith that it will be addressed though unless Tyrion brings it up when they eventually find out Jon's been resurrected.

Arya was there
No she wasn't. Littlefinger betrayed Ned inside the Throne Room. The main characters alive that were there for it is Varys, Cersei, and The Hound.

Tyrion and Bronn also know, because Bronn replaced Janos after Tyrion sent him to the wall.

It's not a stretch that Podrick should know since he was close to Tyrion around the time Tyrion married Sansa, but it could go either way.

Bad ass battle, yes, but it also demonstrates how stupid Dany is. All she had to do was show up and say 'I'm Dany. This is Drogon. Bend the knee.' She would've saved all the Dothraki, had a shyt ton of new soldiers, and food for her people at Casterly Rock. Maybe a few deaths in the beginning, sure, as the Lannister army probably would've tried to defend itself. But certainly not that many.
The fukk? :what: the fukk is wrong with you pansie ass nikka.
Danny did what she had to do.
What kind of dumb ass strategy is that :mjlol: ole p*ssy ass nikka.

Not a huge fan of Sansa(Could go on a long rant, but most of it has been covered). But just re watching this season eps.

I feel for her.

- Snowman, going on about White Walkers,

- Bran shows up, acting like a 80's porn Director.

- And Arya pops in like a young Jon Wick.

shyt, you finally get home, And your Bro is talking about White Walkers. Then your other Bro is saying he is a 3 eye raven, and your little sis, is no one. We would all think are fam is crazy.. :yeshrug:

Hindsight over here so don't mind me, but she could have taken the food and used it to feed HER army
Yeah taken the food and marched a supply train from the Blackwater Rush all the way to Dragonstone. Ambushes, Lannister hit and runs (which were effective tactics against Targaryen forces when they attempted to take Dorne by force), etc. Nope, nothing to worry about lol. Also, the way the supply train was situated behind the Lannister forces, setting them on fire effectively hemmed in the enemy army.
