its a fair criticism. the show makes too many leaps of logic that detail oriented viewers notice. you dont even have to be a book reader to ask

":dahell: where the fukk are the 5,000 wildlings they just let into castle black?"

or

":dahell: where the fukk is daario's army?"

i get it, shyt doesnt have to be 100% true to the books, but they dont have to treat the average fan like complete idiots

Or how the king isn't able to tell that fakkit priest to eat a dikk.

:dahell: Robb's whole mission was to kill the lannisters and take the crown
No it wasn't

Robb wanted to bring back the old days when the 7 kingdoms were 7 actual kingdoms

Hence "King In The North" "The War of Five Kings"

Him and his fellow Northmen didn't care about the Iron Throne

There's a whole scene in season 1 that shows you all of this

The name of the show is Game Of Thrones, the whole story is about taking the throne

It's not really though. The White Walkers don't care about it. I wouldn't be surprised if they steam roll everyone because these morons are focused on duty and the throne and keeping the status quo as opposed to....hmmm, I dunno, fighting off the army of monsters?

Fred.

He wasn't calling himself "King Robb" in season 1

Observation I find interesting:

This is the first season the Iron Throne has not been shown on-screen. (You can suppose why and how intentional that is.)

Dany's future vision of it from the House of the Undying (also, sidebar, recall that she visited North of the Wall where Drogo made his cameo):
