pet peeve but can directors stop using shaky cam and cutting literally every 1.5 seconds during battle scenes? shyt is disorienting as fukk and you can't even see whats going on. Notice the coolest part was the long cut where Jon Snow did a 360 spin and sliced a skeleton in half, before that it was several minutes of shaky cam and cuts every second

Co-sign, probably my only gripe with the EP. I don't recall as much during the Battle of Castle Black as it had alot more wide pans and zoom outs that I thoroughly enjoyed (plus that 1 shot 360/Ong-Bak style shot they did showing all the fukkery going on was just )

Hardhome still a close 1b for me (already watched the thing like 5 times), but the multiple cuts plus the snow really made it hard to follow. Other than that though I thought the cinematography was on point. The fluidity of the spin Jon does to kill that skeleton Also love the epic shots they do of the Whitewalkers where they pan slowly from the feet and scroll up. Like you're almost dreading when the camera finally gets to their face
