I'm talking about the movies. I didn't specify anything about which books/movies so why you coming at my neck. In general, the series gets darker as it progresses. As shyt starts to get real, it goes from a children's novel to a GOAT level story.
Book 1 is geared towards a children's audience. I'll never have the desire to read it again. It's the most magical....I'll give you that. Book 2 is virtually the same exact book as Book 1. Books 3 and 4 are GOAT level. Book 5 ends on a strong note but, its far too bloated. 800 plus pages. Its too much filler. Book 6 is a great set up book and gives alot of back story to flush out things. Book 7 could've ended stronger but, overall its a good book.
And I love the way she handled Snape
. The Deathly Hallows Part 1/2 movies were amazing and makes Twilight/Hunger Games look like garbage.
All Harry Potter Newbies: disregard what he said....its worth it to read the ENTIRE SERIES because everything will tie together in the end. The woman really meticulously planned out every single detail and things from the early books will come into play later on. You'll miss out trying to wiki things. Just be warned. Shyt will get ugly, shyt will turn up and you will be sad
I stopped watching the movies after me and bf had a falling out. We used to watch each movie on its opening day. Last one I saw was Goblet of Fire.
Book 2 was wack and nothing at all like the greatness that was Book 1. Agreed on 3 and 4. True, book 5 was a bit bloated...actually fukk book 5. JK killed off my favorite character for no reason in that one. Book 6 was garbage and light on content - nothing of significance happened except for
Dumbledore dying
. Book 7 was not satisfying and did not over all loose ends.
Also, why do some many people here think I'm a dude? Damn, my name is JEN.
U really don't see it, do u. All the foreshadowing at play in this season (The nod to Jorah's greyscale from season 2, Marg getting taken down by a throwaway scene in the first ep of season 5) and u can't see the most obvious payoff of the whole season?
Lol. I'll check in on u later when that dumb bytch falls.
I just came to say, goddamn this show got terrible fast, vast drop off in quality from dialogue down to the fight scenes
did they fire the writers from the pass seasons or are they burned out
shyt is going nowhere fast, never read any of the books and don't plan on it, but they should've changed more of the story lines if they were going to make this show longer or added in filler
the whole sansa going to winterfell doesn't make any sense at all for any strategic reasons, absolute train wreck
“When I read that scene, I kinda loved it. I love the way Ramsay had Theon watching. It was all so messed up. It’s also so daunting for me to do it. I’ve been making [producer Bryan Cogman] feel so bad for writing that scene: ‘I can’t believe you’re doing this to me!’ But I secretly loved it.” She's a freak brehs
