co-fukking sign on the Dany observation her story is the most obvious and boring, her attitude towards shyt is almost as dry as Stannis's, i mean atleast he has those awkward moments with his fam that provide entertainment, when's the last time anyone made a or face towards anything dany and the people and her camp have said or done? Most entertaining thing was Mereen's champion talkin major shyt towards herJust re-watched ep 4 in the confines of my own solitude & It all makes sense now with the ' Kill Master' writing on the wall , Grey Worm was shown learning to speak English in the earlier scene , and it could be inferred also to read / write. So, he could have put the graffiti, and not really so much to encourage the slaves, but to scare the masters (as it would be assumed quite a lot of them were literate).
That whole scene was kinda sloppy though...we first see the head "master" in that scene, he has two soldiers with him when he reads the writing. Then all of a sudden his is alone and his is attacked from all sides. It was a very B-movie moment.
I have a suspicion as to why the writing was on the wall. I think it is the same reason that Dany has a COMPLETELY modern attitude and perspective, and notice why everyone involved with her plotline uses modern and straight-forward dialect instead of the D&D dialect the rest of the show uses. The reason is that Dany's story (at this point) is the lowest common denominator story meant to appeal to a viewer who doesn't normally get into this fantasy stuff, but loves say The Hunger Games. An obvious hero with obvious (to a modern person) villains, shiny special effects (dragons), and none of the mystery and politics that makes the rest of Game of Thrones, well Game of Thrones.
That is why I am pretty much bored with her plotline, even though I am glad she is on the show if she is what allows the entire thing to be mainstream and big budget
On another note I can't wait to see further developments in the Hound/ Arya plot line
Yeah, Thoros flaming sword is a gimmick not related to Lightbringer, but I think he lights it via the power of the Lord of LightI thought you were talking about the fight during Balon's rebellion, which they didn't show, obviously, but is mentioned...I had been wondering how he fit in all this cuz of that sword, it sounds like it's not really like the other one and viewed more as a gimmick.
Can you speak on this further?Since you saw the episode late, did you miss the drama about HBO naming the super White Walker? Peep the book thread or any numerous Asoiaf forums to have your head spinning
Unbent you say
I dont call her that myself. Boils my blood when nikkas in here dont fully respect Dany Targaryen the 1st of her name, the stormborn, the Unburnt, Khalessi, and the Mother of Dragons
it's fantasy breh, not a sci-fiAnother thing I like about the world they live, they've been on some Dark ages shyt for 10,000+ years
There's like no technological advancements or great minds in their world, shyt is straight up status quo for eons.

Well we were the same way on Earth for much longer. Humans evolved some 200,000 years ago.
I know this breh, however we weren't stuck in the Bronze age for 10,000 years
we're still stuck in the age after how many years now?I know this breh, however we weren't stuck in the Bronze age for 10,000 years
