For Ned refusing to be an accomplice to my family's murder, I'd leave Sansa alive to be nice. Bran, Arya, Jon and Rickon gotta go though
Way I'd go about it:
Lannisters would have to go. Sparing Tyrion who was only a git at the time.
Robert would get the head chop and Stannis a special case since he was mostly defending his brother during the war, I'd make him join the Night's Watch or face execution, same for Ned.

I Can't rock with this. Wars are fought, people die, knees are bent lives go on.
Tywin Lannister is the only always trying to completely eradicate a house. He did it with House Rain, I'm sure he was the driving force behind the attempt to do it with House Targaeryan,
and effectively thinks he did it with House Stark.
Lannister's would need to go, everyone else would need to bend the knee

Dudes forgetting that handing out those types of punishments would only make other Houses salty and then you have another rebellion on your hands.
