You see it, it was that easy.

She's bored because there's no friction between them, that's a very real thing...you can have a dope BF/GF, they can be great, be loving but if there is no polarity, no sexual tension your attention will be drawn elsewhere. She getting banged out by Khal Drogo in her dreams, the logical thing would be for her to go find her fantasy and get humbled and have to balance out her confidence issues without overcompensating or seeking validation. An eating disorder for a fat girl is cliche and would have been overwelming as fukk with everything else going on. I'm glad she didn't go along with it.

No she took issue with the show runner giving Kat an eating disorder. You can even see some shots early in the season where they were setting that thread up and she refused to go along with it.
