sorry but I felt compelled to respond to this terrible response. Many things wrong here. Blade did in fact kick things off Bc it was R rated and still made success. xmen was couple years later but was a huge BLOCKBUSTER HIT. pg13 more in line with how MCU foresaw itself. Xmens success played a huge role.

Secondly there are several extremely well made marvel films outside of Disney. You’re kidding yourself. First Class belongs in upper echelon of all time marvel films period. OG X2 and days future are as good as any good mcu movie that comes and goes.

Logan is second only to DK in best comic book film adaption. Everything can be debatable on this forum and that’s fine and dandy. Avengers has all the classic comic book come to life nostalgia that will always generate more emotions from fans. But if you talking true cinema art work with top notch acting performances (Patrick Stewart deserved an award for that role, Jackson best wolverine performance as well) Logan and DK are 1a and 1b

Next..... I didnt say Fox made bad movies or that Marvel movies outside the MCU sucked. Hell I loved GR 1 and 2 and Punisher War Zone

3rd... I guess that comes down to how you like your comics. I'm more of a fan of higher level Sci Fi and Fantasy elements over that grounded shyt. I like my movies that pretty much feel like something from both the cartoons I grew up watching and comics I've read. With that said to me thats why I put Avengers higher than Logan.

Niccas get caught up on this "acting" shyt too much and really at this point at minimum..... most of these cats captured their characters they played really well.... Hell Michael Keaton and Jack Nick "acted" they asses off back in 89. But I'm not watching these "primarily" to see Academy Award performance. I like the story and the action.

His plan was precisely to bring Vision back online. The whole definition of SWORD is SENTIENT WEAPON Observation Response Department..

Forgives? What does she want to forgive Wanda for? She said outright she would bring her mother back if she had Wanda's power..thats why she took her side. People are watching this and picking when they want to pay attention to the facts.

Wanda threw her out the hex and would have slammed her into concrete if she didn’t have powers. All this after violating her mind.

Whew that last episode tugged on my heartstrings at some points but was overall a huge let down. Wanda basically proved why not only should she have been informally imprisoned in Avengers compound but basically buried under that bytch. In the end she does an MCU equivalent of saying “oops”, pulling out a pack of Mentos, and flashing a smile

I still overall enjoyed the show but damn what a letdown.

I’ve gotta say though Monica Rambeau is a “Vision” of loveliness Absolutely beautiful. Also the woman who played Agatha did a damn fine acting job because she legit came off as threatening in her own way.

somebody needs to pull up on Feige over that Ralph business because that was a party foul forreal and DCEU level letdown. They should’ve just had Ben Afleck cameo as Daredevil if they were gonna stunt-cast and fumble the ball like that.

Edit: I was watching g a stream of “questionable” legality so maybe I missed something. Was there an end credits scene after the first lackluster end credits scene? I e been tripped up like this before. Saw a stream of Kill Bill 2 back in The day that cut off early and for years I didn’t know that the bride actually killed Bill...

My Matrix bootleg skipped the lobby shootout. The last scene I saw was Neo open his coat after going through the metal detector then it jumped to the elevator closing showing the aftermath of the shootout. When I finally saw that scene on HBO or some shyt I was

Overall the show wasn’t that good, I don’t feel like anything interesting really happened. Imo If it want for the MCU movies making Wanda and Vision “made men” then people would be honest about how bad it was

Yeah, that's how I saw it. Woo said it was illegal but, really, it doesnt make sense with what they had already set up. SWORD has to be higher in the pecking order than the FBI, anyway. It certainly seemed that way when Woo requested a SWORD agent in the beginning of all this, and Monica reacted like she was being sent down to the minor leagues.

Like dude said above...it seems like they had to crowbar in a bad guy because they didn't want to fully commit to making Wanda the villain.
Hayward's only real crime was misrepresenting the security footage....but hell, he had half his crew bytching and moaning, and going behind his back because they were trying to save Wanda....the out of control slave-driving witch. It's like saying Colson was the bad guy for shooting Loki in Avengers 1.

shyt, Darcy running him over with a car is more egregious than anything he did. She should have been arrested.

Yes, especially when Monica, Woo and Darcy were getting kicked out of the compound. They beat up the guards escorting them, then go right back into the computer/security area, hack the system and do whatever they want without anybody noticing/caring. It was absolutely absurd.

Marvel does what some FALSELY claim they always do. Some get mad at that and hate that.

Now Marvel does something completely different from what some FALSELY been claiming they always do. Some are complaining about this and want it the other way.

Some folks will never be happy. And other than providing reason or examples of what they would’ve liked. It’s laughable a few you of y’all saying “y’all didn’t like this”
