They were, but clearly sacrificed for story which was smart. Watching Wanda fly around using her powers would have got old as hell.The fight scenes was CW status
They knew what they were doing. You could even say they baited us, but it worked. Cause now we're far more invested in Wanda

I know why they didnt cause they clearly setting up something else with the end credit scene
However,
once he got his memory back I thought he was going to process shyt for a bit and then return to Wanda since his last memory was loving her/saying goodbye
Maybe in one of the upcoming films tho

Okay, so he overruled the fbi. He was also the only one taking the threat of Wanda seriously. She enslaved thousands of people and had them under mental and physical duress...yet our heroes were trying to save her...from...who? Herself? ...and the “bad guy” was bad because he wanted to stop her? And the best you got is that he wasn’t following protocol?
She took a city hostage and we saw the reaction to that by the people and Wanda dealing it by letting them go in the aftermath. She's not answering to anyone..that not part of the cards.
