So it's safe to assume the movie is about the duality black people live with in regards to how we should relate to a planet that's largely racist towards us. Forgiveness vs hatred. One side being black panther eho is willing to move forward peacefully and coooeratively and killmonger who only sees forward as being out strictly for ones people by any means.

In the comics killmonger said he'd rather waknda be destroyed then to concede to blacknpanther. So really it's about him..

I don't hate anyone except the people who hate me and I feel that is the middle ground here.

Why would I offer a Madman a chance to further seep into his Madness by giving him advanced technology.

What was Grace Randolph on when she said there were no strong females?

In reality T'Challa and maybe the CIA agent were the only males they wrote positively. Bruh from Get Out was basically a traitor, Killmonger was... well a Killmonger, T'Chaka left his nephew behind.

The worst thing a female character did in this is when the General didn't help their plan towards the end.

Thought the movie was good. Disagree with people that said its better than Civil War or Winter Soldier. I'd put it on the same level as GOTG.

Characters were good. Villain was great. Good writing (for the most part. Some of the jokes had me like :hhh:)

CGI could use some work but it wasn't bad enough to complain about.

The Crossroads
Just came back home from the cinema. I'm not gonna lie,I expected it to be just another 'MCU movie' but nah :wow: Powerful, Thought-Provoking and Heart pulling.

Killmonger isn't really the villain here, he's just a dude with heart who's NOT afraid to go head-to-head with the elephant in the room. White supremacy. The female warriors killed it! Especially if you know the history of the Dahomey Amazons. That scene where T'Challa went to the ancestral planes to speak with his father almost broke me down. Reminded me of my Pops and the words we have. Not gonna spoil it, but this is a def rewatch. The cast did their thing. MBJ's last line took me,cuh. :mjcry: I felt it
I give it a 9.5/10 (Had to take 0.5 off for the CGI)

I'm definitely going back tomorrow and again on Monday.

I expected to see fools walking around in full African garb and drums but nah, everybody was cool. No talking throughout the movie (outside of a few laughs), alot of applause and general warmness.
