I think everything else that was reported in that comic con trailer has since been shown in the official trailers and/or tv spots.

But months before any images or official trailers dropped, those who read up on the comic con trailer knew:

• Rhyno mechs appeared
  
• Okoye's gold staff was on some dbz power pole type ish lol
  
• T'Challa's suit would form around him like nanotech
  
• "Golden" panther suit was seen (there was confusion on if that was T'Challa or not)
• Okoye and Nakia more or less butt heads in the casino scene
  
• Klaw has his hand upgraded

The people at comic con got to see an actual clip from the casino scene + a trailer. But the thing with comic con is that they ban phones and recordings (or try to), so that nothing that's shown in that room leaks out. We only knew from 2nd hand reports of those who got in.

I found 2 binders filled with sheets of cards. When I googled to find out that cards post-70s are essentially worthless, I threw all of em out except a few from my favorite players.

I'm still not keen on the idea of the real eyes showing through the mask. I still like the look of the white eyes. Also I don't like that they made BP's newer masks less, I don't manna say menacing, but maybe forceful is the better word. The new masks are a lil soft looking.

The Rhino Mech wasn't in the comic con trailer. Before Comic con Marvel invited a bunch of reporters to see recently shot footage, early CGI work, and concept art. ONE of the reporters mentioned seeing a Rhino mech, but it was ignored by every other outlet and anybody that wasn't following the film closely. The same person also mentioned Nakia being part of that action scene near the border where T'Challa takes on the smugglers.

Be it as it may, i been looking forward to that rhino mech appearance since breh/brehette pointed it out in the private screening report, like extra icing on an already big cake lol. Pretty much everything that was hyped up last year about the private screening and trailer footage has proven to be as exciting as advertised.
