They pulled the trigger too early on a Nighthawk series. They should have given him a push in other books first to raise his profile. They did the same thing with The Prowler and thats why it failed. Marvel comics is a mess right now.

Also, despite liking the character, I think Nighthawk is a bit too similar in ways to BP in the way they operate.

Him and Tilda are in Occupy Avengers with Hawkeye and Red Wolf.
But its funny how they are now going about saving Skrulls instead of black and brown folks.

Why is it such a problem to care about black rights in this country?
