Does Black Panther have any other superpower besides the usual super athleticism? Or is that all he has?

Panther is blessed by the Panther God, Bast which gives him the following abilities:
Super Strength
Heightened durability and stamina
Speed and Agility
Disease and Poison resistance
Fast healing

Recently he got a power up which gave him the strength and knowledge of every Black Panther before him.

This is not even touching on the fact that he is a genius, an inventor, a tactical/strategic master, an expert at every martial art in the world and probably the richest dude in fiction which allows him access to a ton of resources.

Like Batman, He's lowkey one of the more dangerous heroes in his (the Marvel) universe. He has constantly hung with and taken out heroes/villians above his level in power.

We also can't forget his enhanced senses. Very often these abilities are overlooked.

T'Challa's sense of smell is on par with Wolverines. He's capable of tracking someone from scent alone from miles away. That ability also allows him to tell when someone is lying.

Another often forgotten ability is his night vision. T'Challa is able to see in complete darkness without the aid of special goggle, making him an effective hunter.

One ability that doesn't get brought up often but has been around for decades is T'Challa burgeoning psychic abilities. A version of T'Challa from the future was a full on telepathy. Today's T'Challa isn't a full on telepath but can actually cloak his thoughts from high level psychics like Emma Frost and Cable.

T'Challa is a beast....

We're not likely to see all these powers and abilities in the film though.

The stuff we NEED to see in the movie:

- Enhanced strength, speed, and agility
- Genius intellect on par with Tony Stark
- Enhanced senses
- master strategist and tactician
- World class martial artist

We've already seen most of those in Captain America Civil War. The only ones we haven't seen yet are his Genius Intellect and enhanced senses.

They still pronouncing T'challa wrong? It's not T challa.

Nah, that's the right way. The "t" isn't silent, due to it showing up before the apostrophe. Same thing applies to T'Chaka, W'Kabi, S'Yan, M'Baku, etc.

A few comics back in the day said that the T is silent, but that makes zero sense. My last name has a silent consonant but it's within one word with no grammatical break. If there was an apostrophe before it, it would be pronounced each time.

Plus the overwhelming majority of animated appearances over the decades have made it clear that you pronounce the T. Same goes for the writers who have handled his solo books, they all pronounce the T in interviews.

These are the a$$holes that I was talking about earlier. There is no LGBTQ erasure.

Some wack ass journalist made a mistake, Marvel corrected them by saying there would be no romantic relationship between Okoye and Ayo.

Okoye is not a lesbian in the comics.

Ayo is a lesbian in the comics and Marvel hasn't indicated that she wont be in the films. Even if she is a lesbian in the film it wont matter much because she will NOT have a sizable role on the movie. Ayo is a minor supporting character even in Coates book. They're damn sure not going to take up a bunch of screen time showing her personal romantic relationships in T'Challa's movie.

These people get mad at Marvel for shyt that Marvel didn't do or even promise they'd do.

Super Athleticism?!!? :dahell:

You serious right now...:wtf:

Off top of my head, he's Wakadian Royalty... A real life son of an African King, Leader of a people in a valley in Africa that's NEVER been invaded by outside forces at all... World Class Martial Artist, Genius Intellect, He has Panther like super powers in some of the books such as Sight, SuperHuman Speed and Super Smelling, Thanks to the vibranium suit he has stealth like capabilities.

There are alot of things about panther but people underestimate him, he's in essence Marvel's batman, but he has a bit of super powers rooted in african Mysticism...

.

In kirby's run where it was introduced he was clairvoyant. Priest was the only one that really emphasized t'challa as being ready for anything but I don't recall him mentioning clairvoyance, but imo that would be the reason.
