idk breh. the way demographics are changing, if the dems run a dynamic ticket in 2024 they should crush the republicans
The long term end game for the Democratic Party is consistent one party rule. Use demographics to win this election, win 2024,2028,2032,2036,2040,2044 etc. To keep any progressive policies alive this is the key. Also to undo the judicial system by setting up liberal judges nation wide and have a supermajority in the Supreme Court.

What path do yall think the Republican party will take if Trump loses? Will they go back to their old less batshyt insane ways with a mitt romney type, or are these MAGA fukks the new show runners? I can't imagine they will settle for a moderate after having a guy who speaks exactly whats on their stupid racist minds. Will the party split in two?

MAGA is like cocaine to the establishment GOP members. They will never go back,to being normal.

I look at 2020 as the inverse of 1980. 1980 was the end of 40 years of progressive economics and the middle class gains, which led to borderline fascist policies that benefotted the 1% and brainwashed the masses into thinking that "greed is good". The quality of life dropped, wages stagnated, cost of living skyrocketed. Trump is the endgame of GOP corporatism.

2020 is like Biden trying to atone his past sins and trying to do more than Barack did in his first 4 years, to clean up his legacy before he dies after the 2024 election. 2024 will be the true test of where America is going to go until 2060, when Gen Y will be older and more active to make the establishment into socialism. Only going to increase as time goes on, and the baby boomers gradually fade away. So the next 20 years is vital for the rest of the 21st century.

...you guys think Biden would ever propose reparations?
The three branches of government will never have such an alignment that reperations would pass all of them. Not in any of our lifetimes anyway. The Senate especially no.

It seems most of us expect little from Biden.

That man may take a FDR mantle and become the most consequential president for the past few decades.

I dont know the Dems can wait 4 years out. They need to act now. Biden might surprise a lot of people.

exactly. these are multiple systemic issues we have to deal with, not just "trump is bad"
