Wouldn't appoint any VP who is a US Senator in red/purple states.
Understand the logic and Republicans could hold the seat up until Dec 2021, but I'm willing to gamble winning the white house.
I like him but like @FAH1223 said given he is in Ohio his seat is too fragile. Governor will appoint a rep and that will make getting a Democrat back in hard. Otherwise that would be dope as hell. Still a sherrod fan and in fact, if progressives are looking for someone to replace Bernie in the future for a presidential race he would be it. My man deserves it.
I don’t think he is going to pick her either. I would like to see it though. All signs are pointing to Stacey Abrams.
I have some concerns about her as VP. I don’t know were she stands on most issues besides voting rights.
I have watched a few of her interviews and her personality is kind of boring. I think Biden need someone that can bring more energy to his campaign.

I’m just saying. Besides Trump you don’t see a lot of overweight politicians make it to the presidential level. And with the amount of sexism in this country I think they might be extra hard on her on a national level. I don’t agree with it but people are stupid. If you look at the numbers in the Georgia Governor’s race she dominated with Black women. Although she dominated with Black men as well, it wasn’t by as much as you would think. 11 percent of Black men voted again Abrams in Georgia

Actually she has an American parent despite not being born here so she is good.
I don’t think that matters as much anymore. Obama was only a US senator for two years before he ran for president. Trump had zero government experience.
