it's not a referendum on biden, its a referendum on trump :yeshrug:

my vote isn't pro-biden, i don't think he's a particulary good person or that he'll bring radical change in america. but all that shyt is for 2024, not 2020

it actually helps that the perception is that biden is a one term president, because these moderate republicans are willing to vote for that as the lesser of two evils. he's literally running on not being trump for the next 4 years, and then retiring :dead:

Hopefully Biden picks a VP that would be viable in 2024.

If he does win, you know the Rethugs are going to run some wannabe Trump in 2024 :francis:

Biden might win this election with no energy, no movement, no real vision or agenda that resonates with any part of the populace. We’re far beyond traditional predictive indicators it seems

There is a predictor tho, past elections and since 2018 GOP have taken Big Ls and trump wasn’t even on the ballot... Ssme will hold in November

kamala and a young white dude from like ohio/florida as her VP, 2024 :yeshrug: that's my best plan of action

kamala would be a force after being a credible, first woman VP for 4 years

Republicans know the jig is up for them - they’re fighting an uphill battle against demographics. Texas will probably be purple by 2024 or 28, and at that point it’s a wrap for the party as we know it.

And that’s why they’re resorting to underhanded tactics like voter suppression, gerrymandering, etc. If America had true representation they’d already be fukked. That’s why this election is so important, do you want to give another four years to a republican government to stack federal courts and the Supreme Court with conservative judges? Do you want an America that continues to isolate itself from international commitments by alienating its allies, and thumbing its nose at climate change? That’s why this election is so much more than Biden and Trump.

Folk was warned in 2016 and they ignored it like yeah yeah you say this every 4 years.. Now that trump was shattered peoples comfort zone they know see why elections have consequences and in turn they will be out in full force to vote in November... it took folks 2 years from 2016 to 18 to see trump and the GOP were treats to democracy and ever since 2018 republicans having been taking losses let in right on all levels of government
