i think there are differences because biden authored and pushed for it and it was combined with the violence against womens act and bernie may have not voted for it if it was a stand alone bill or at least his rhetoric suggests it. but having said that if people have this opinion its principled and consistent so i have no issue if someone says neither of them cares deep down or both of them are in a way keeping white supremacy going. but this pretend thing that biden is this big friend to the black community when he has to lie about being involved in civil rights, and was against busing and championed the prison bill. its just so glaring to me that its ridiculous. if bernie tried to come across like that id think it was bullshyt pandering. i mean it maybe overblown to an extent the pic of him getting arrested but at least he did SOMETHING like and he didnt have to lie and say he was doing things he wasnt. just overall pairing Biden with any of the idpol stuff whether its black people or woman now with tara reade not being believed. it just makes the whole thing look like complete bullshyt. dude is literally just an old white man and is even less intersectional than bernie who is at least jewish and hes a conservative white man too.They both do not have Black American people interest at heart.
