Out of all this master chess playing Slade been doing all season on Oliver, this dude neglected the BIGGEST aspect about Oliver Queen. HE DON'T LOVE DEM HOES!

Slade assumed that Oliver is a simp-ass nigguh like HIMSELF and gambled on this assumption was to kill his so-called "true love". The moment Oliver realized the ploy, he used that shyt to his advantage. He could careless about Laurel, like we heard him say to Detective Lance. He almost had me with Felicity knowing deep down I KNEW he never loved that chick. All that time on the island, Slade should of known that Oliver don't love those bytchez.

As dope of a villain he was as Deathstroke, deep down, Slade was a punk-ass simping ass hater. And that "you made me a hero" statement was that shyt that made Slade soul burn slow!

I believe the Purgatory Island belonged to ARGUS the entire time. I think in season 3, Waller going to have Ollie to do jobs or missions for her and Ollie going to be conflicted in the things she have him doing and eventually going to betray her and get sentenced back on the island.

It is clear at least they had a rocky past history.
