An Apple Watch to me is better if you use it in the health and fitness tracking lane. Beyond that it's really just a second screen for your phone so you don't have to get it out of your pocket.

I feel like the Apple Watch should be a stand alone device but it's still not. It's almost there but some of the apps still look for an IPhone instead of just running on their own.

Making calls and texts on it is nice but ultimately it's a portable device you use so you don't have to use another portable device you have on your person already.

At least as a health and fitness device it's not duplicating functionality your phone can already do.

I upgraded from a FitBit to an Apple Watch Series 4 and couldn't be happier. The watch is light as fukk, waterproof, and feels awesome. Works amazingly well with iphonex and airpods.

Went from s8 to xr and the battery life is

Went from half a day battery life and 3 hours of screen time to two days battery life and 7-8 hours screen time.

The OS is smooth as fukk too.

Reminds me of when i went from my Samsung S7 Edge to my Iphone 6S. Talk about an impressive jump!

He’s different. Either he’s an compulsive shopper or just addicted to tech, but I wouldn’t take offense. Breh for a year would tell you it’s not a significant upgrade, It is foolish to upgrade. Announcement finishes, switches from that standpoint to debating. Passes random store, screw it I’m copping. Rinse and repeat.

I hate the “Person A is lying because my phone is perfect” ruse, so I’m not going there. Sprint is the most likely culprit. From everyone I know, iOS 12 crushes iOS 11.

You don't know what you're talking about. If I'm an Apple hater why did I spend $1150+ on an iPhone X? $650+ on an Apple Watch series 4 with LTE and Apple Care? Why $999+ on a 2018 iPad Pro. No hater of their products is out here spending that kinda money on them.

I remember when I joined JobsGang after years of shytting on iOS, you find out there's room to appreciate both. Android phones will always have extra bells and whistles because they compete with each other as well as Apple and put out multiple phones a year. But software and ecosystem is more infinitely important and you won't see it until you get the iPhone, then the MacBook, the AirPods, etc and everything works together without having to really think. A lot of talk is how "simple" iPhone users are. Some of us just don't feel like slapping on Nova Launcher, downloading third party apps to do the same things or climbing into settings on a $1000 phone, shouldn't have to.

So enjoy all that continuity with the xs max and the apple watch and the iPad but it doesnt even have multi tasking and it's all based on limits..unless you shell out for fast charging. It's a system for suckers and those who aren't sophisticated enough to run their own ship and needs everything spelled out for them. A phone for females basically. Lol@no usb c charging for iPhones yet. Crazy.

doesn't matter how powerful any android phone is, it will never run as smooth as iOS and literally every iOS app version is better than it's android counterpart

One plus 6t runs smoothie than any iPhone in history and will two years from today. It's one of the most hailed lag free phones ever.

Exactly why I don’t stan these companies, especially some Asian company. I’ll post a list of me praising Android, even saying my next phone might be one. I guess from all the porn you download, you’re used to dikkriding. The nerve of the courtdog of the cellular world calling people groupies. An iPad does have real multitasking but yeah the iPhone can't really multitask. It just lets you switch from app to app.

An iPhone is like renting luxury housing. It's nice but someone else owns it and defines how you live in it. You aren't free to modify anything unless you get approval and it's up to the landlord what you can and can't do.

An Android is like owning your own house. You do what you want with your own place. Nobody is really telling you what you can and can't do.

You definitely got me mistaken with someone else. Not sure if I mentioned copping an iPad once in this entire forum. Decent effort though since that made me search my posts just to make sure. Let’s stick with your example though, even though it was a reach. If the people in here copped the iPhone X last year and switched to the XS Max, that’s flawed. Not the guy who copped 3 different Samsung Galaxy devices this year alone? Yo keep making sense in here. This place needs it.
