i cant front
i loved Michael Douglass' character in this
he had that wittiness about him but also that "on the verge of psychotic" shyt they made Pym in the books

its crazy the effects they used to make him look young tho too

that tripped me out in the beginning
Yeah, breh I can't front either. Douglas killed it in this. The whole film delivered like Marvel usually does.
My Marvel son ranks it pretty high though. He was really impressed with Ant-Man.

the tone of the final credits feels like CW gonna be epic.... it was like the music, seeing Bucky fukked up like that and Cap looking pissed and slightly worried lets me know some shyt must've went down for all them to be at where their at

I cant wait, hopefully that Disney expo will have a trailer
When is Disney expo?

im not gonna go crazy and wild out on some crazy Marvel stan shyt
cause i want even these DC weirdos to know this was a solid flik
i would compare this to the first Iron Man
it gave you the beginning stages to the whole shyt and kept rollin from there
my boss was with me
he loved it
didnt know a damn thing about Ant-Man
but the first shyt he said was
"damn this shyt was fun... we SHOULDA burned one down before we went in." :deadmanny:
it was so cartoony to me but in a real good way
ya know?

Ant-Man:huhldup:

I know they needed him for the Avengers but I'll pass until the torrents get a good quality.

But at that point (the night before his big reveal when he 'snuck' in the house), he already knew everything he had to know. So why not just finish them off then and there? Coulda shot all them into that residue like he did the guy in the bathroom and kept it moving. Like I said though, for me it's a nit pick. I'm a casual Marvel/DC fan. Unless something really insults my intelligence I simply enjoy the movies for what they are.

because he STILL needed the serum.

Behind You
The Good:
Michael Pena was comical.
I think Evangeline Lilly will be awesome once she is officially the Wasp and inserted into the rest of the MCU.
Michael Douglas was good as old man Pym.
There were a few scenes that looked like they were leftovers from Edgar Wright's time on the film (the way Pena's character retold stories, the fight in the briefcase and the fight in Cassie's bedroom)

The Bad:
The movie was very pedestrian in every way from the run of the mill direction to the run of the mill, way too straightforward origin story.
The villain sucked balls like most MCU bad guys.
The dialog was horribly clunky at times.
What the fukk was that bullshyt with Ant-nee getting shot and playing it like some sad moment? Terrible.

All in all it was a very middle of the road movie. Not horrible but not memorable in the least either.
