If I'm not mistaken, the #1 contender based on win/loss would be Adam Page since Mox win was unsanctioned so...

wonder wtf they're gonna do

not gonna have Page challenge again so soon I think :patrice:

They’re going to keep the Elite/Inner Circle thing going for a minute. This is a blood feud, especially considering they’re not running PPVs every month and I doubt they’re changing titles on television.

I'd like to say one thing.

I like AEW's use of a win loss record. It injects a bit of logic in what otherwise would just be a space filled with shouting demands from a controlling fanbase.

Fans wanting a guy to be World Champion the moment he's called up is one of my biggest pet peeves in that 'other company'.

I haven't really seen it from AEW fans.

Don't get used to it, one of the Bucks implied they'd reset the win/loss records in January

I think that's fine. It'll create a short window for fans to get their angst in but, it should die out over the course of the year.

It isn't the perfect solution but it helps a little bit from what I've noticed.

They haven't even tried to follow it and try to make matches make sense with it in a month and a half and are already looking to reset it so I'd think it's more likely they're going to phase it out.

It makes sense if you're going to reset it to do it at the top of the year.

I hope they keep it, they just need to commit to having the matches make sense.
