Cody don't really need Arn. Why didn't they do this when he was doing stuff with Spears & Tully?

I assume it will lead to Arn turning on Cody later (because Cody is a dumbass babyface) & making a AEW version of the Horsemen with MJeff, Wardlow, & Revival if/when they show up.
