Interesting to me seeing the takes on this. There's only two websites really covering this story, Trotskyists at the World Socialist Web Site and on the right there's the Federalist reporting it from a writer who was fired previously for calling institutional racism a myth. The Trotskyists look at this development and go, "we're all in this together. This isn't progress!" The right winger readership at the Federalist go, "see, I told you Black people can be racist! Told ya so!" Granted the comments are off at the Federalist, but you can see the views of their readers on Twitter, the likes of Ben Shapiro, and Mike Cernovich, etc. Two sides of the same coin essentially.

It's one thing for black people to do their own thing independent of white people. But white people are still running this school. I see schools play favorites over mens and womans athletic programs,the men stay riding golf carts all around campus and shyt. Woman were walking everywhere. what makes you think they won't do the same with race?

Even if black folks try their hardest to keep everything in good condition, you know white folks are gonna destroy stuff and black students will get the blame.

Never underestimate white peoples hate for anything black people have.

segregation they way you're looking at it is an oppressive governmental forced thing. People naturally self-segregation already anyways. If you can't understand why some black people at a college might want to have their own floor in a dorm then you're ignorant. (and i'm not using ignorant as an insult here...not even coming at you like that.)

I wouldn't wanna be around cacs either but this safe space shyt is going to make people who never had to deal with shyt a lot more softer and weak. When they're out in the world without their safe space they ain't gonna know how to navigate and are going to be very easily triggered rather than knowing how to deal with that shyt.

College is a big step for young people and life experience

if this type of shyt becomes common....it will be done with the purpose of making black college age folk as weak and pussified as their white counterparts
