I think that the point @Cave Savage is making. Pence wont be winning MAGA support for anything, anytime soon. Might as well get back at Trump by invoking 25th
In fact, he will make a name for himself, historically, if he did it.
Probably doesn’t think it’s worth it seeing how easily the MAGA crowd could run up on him and his family if he invoked it. Especially with how easily they can find out where people live. His immediate family would be protected from them, but not necessarily everyone else.
