AEW and NXT ratings will continue to fall every week, the same people will call it out and the same people will pretend the ratings are excellent.

Y’all basically repeating the same cycle every week

Wrestling heavy content is niche and the numbers clearly show that

WWE’s watered down product is fukkin garbage and people are literally watching out of routine.

With that said, there are no new audiences. No new fans. The same people are watching these shows every week, and tuning out in large amounts

do you know how to read the chart? Simple question :russ:

I know that a live show pulling less than a million viewers isn’t excellent.

And who cares. Show was fukkin fire. As long as it’s on tv, I’ll be watching it. I think that’s what gets lost in these conversations, just like with album sales and music. Whether I enjoyed it or not means more to me than how many units it sold.

And I enjoy AEW.. don’t watch NXT.. no need to pretend they crushing the ratings.

Okay so that means no. So I'll break it down for you.

They are ordered by first to last through the 18-49 demographic. The 18-49 demo is all TV executives care about. So you see here for the night AEW is in the top 5 in the 18-49 demo and the rating they achieved in that demo is green because that means they did "better than average" in that key demo compared to other shows for the night.

So for anyone to say AEW is in trouble is laughable. A top 5 program isn't in trouble. If they fall in that demo then it's a problem.

Where did I say they were in trouble or anything close to that?

The only way this is bad news if the numbers don't settle at some point and they continue to drop. All this doom scenario thinking after less than a month of television is ridiculous.

And that's where they'll stay. You can't lead from the back.

Without RAW hitting on all cylinders ratings will be lower across the board for all other brands and promotions.

All roads to any boom go through Monday Nights.

You gotta stack the deck on RAW.

WWE missed a huge opportunity with the new TV deals.

I’ve been thinking this. People want a boom but the truth is Mania season is the closest we usually get.

Valid question.

I don't have it out for them.

I watch it every week over NXT which I DVR, but every week they do things which make me dislike thier show. I do want itnto succeed but every week they bring out former wwe stars, or mention wwe, or take shots at this or whatever the fukk. It legit angers me.
I can see that. The shots taken in the Monday night wars by BOTH sides still irk me. However I was excited to see both do the best they can despite it. Yeah AEW lost viewers and so has NXT but I know both have had solid shows.

You state facts every week and you haven't really been wrong about anything you've said but your tone in your posts make it feel like you have something against them.

I asked you because you're not a troll like others so I was legit curious. Either way if I'm TNT I'm not panicking until the ratings fall below projections. And would be elated to have a show that falls just below major sporting events in they key demographics.

But I was told that the WWE was in trouble because AEW was the alternative we've all been waiting for. Now it's up to the WWE to get the boom started, because the truth is that AEW is a niche company whose charm is starting to wear off.
