Didn't even think about it that way. If can stay injury free being at this level shouldn't be a challenge going forward.

I ain't ordered a pizza since February and that's cause I had a coupon :whoo:
I had a pizza yesterday and today for the first time in over a month and it wasn't as good as I remember it. I ordered a medium hand tossed pan from Dominos and had 4 slices both days. Honestly at this point I'd rather cook something but my weight loss stalled so I decided to mix it up.

Going to take out all fruit juices and replace them with water. All those calories and so much sugar and honestly it's pretty easy to take those drinks out of my diet.

Brought my calories back down from about 3200-3400 a day to 2400 a day and it's been a lot harder than I thought it would. Psychologically I still want to eat more but I stop myself and find I don't need to after a bit.

Preparation and labeling on point. Realizing that I must endure and do the work in order to make significant progress.

Rules:
1. No Snacking.
2. If it isn't labeled, I don't touch it.

it just occurred to me that my carbs have been low as fukk for such a long time now. Somehow I've been able to do grueling ass workout programs like GVT and advanced GVT. My carbs are seldom even close to 200g
