I used to hate it besides basketball, Then I hit the treadmill for 2 weeks and now I look forward to listening to my music and zoning out on that bytch every time I go to the gym....plus I know I can eat more of the foods I want to eat if I do cardio. If I didn't do cardio I'd have to eat like a rabbit everyday.Yeah..
Its one of those things you know but sometimes you need that casual reminder. I hate me some damn Cardio. Guess ill sneak away with 10-20 minutes of HIIT(more towards 10 minutes of HIIT)
