Everyone wants the dude gone, but has no answer to how to replace him.

It's really dumb in my opinion to be asking for Roman to go, he's been grooming Kaep and this offense for 3 years and we've had nothing but success under him, especially when you consider how they implimented that read option in 2012.

But whatever man, maybe if we beat the Gals tomorrow people will finally give the dude some love
people forget the other offensive assistant is headed to college next season. maybe harbs looks at stanford but pep hamilton already left for indy

im not sure how they would replace roman

no matter what happens tomorrow (and possibly further), it wont take away the 3 fades to crabs back to back to back in the superbowl or not running gore enough when alex was struggling to get a first down in NFCC game in 2011

the better question is who actually calls all the plays, and if someone decides whether to run or pass.
I did heard that the WR coach calls the passing plays...gore likes roman too. so if roman isnt responsible for pass plays or pass/run decisions, then he's a pretty good coordinator.

That's the thing.

You wanna dump a dude who commanded this offense the last 3 years, what kinda dumb ass world do we live in where that makes sense.

I guess some of our fans really forget what it's like to really struggle

the world where this offense hasnt been anything special and at many times downright crappy through these years ?

if our offense was like our defense, nobody would say anything.

You're dead right, i`ll never forgive em for that final series in the SB, but he's still a very good OC and we're better with him than without.

Just look at the timing to call the play in the Seattle game at home this year, or the calls on the final Green Bay drive to run Kaep to get the first down to further run out the clock.

But the reality is, everyone always wants the OC gone because it's "easier" to replace coordinators than it is to replace star players, so coordinators usually get the fall

Our offense doesn't have the talent our defense has.

The offense was very special in the end of 2012. We made the SB because of the innovations on offense

our offense has 5 former first round picks and 2 former high second round picks (boldin and kaep); out of remaining 4 starters one was a first round caliber talent that was passed on because of his alcoholic dependency (boone) and one is frank gore

our offense is full of talent and potential.that isnt realized.

Offense is talented, but it's nowhere near talented as the defense.

We have by far the best LB crew in the league, we got HOF talent on defense.

We got pro bowl talent on offense
