i re-watched the week 2 game too

crazy to see how much has changed since that game. kyle williams and marlon moore were our 2nd and 3rd WRs. nnamdi was our nickel corner and he had a horrible game. his run defense was flat out embarrassing :scusthov:

What's really frustrating me is I know sooooo many Seahawk fans that are popping off so much shyt and just a little too confident.

I'm just :pachaha: at them nikkas..they talking like they already won the Super Bowl already...like i stated before..it reminds me on how us Niner fans were acting before the NFC Championship game in Candlestick against NYG. I'm just looking em like "Go ahead keep talking :steviej:"

So brehs, are we stubborn enough to keep sending Kaep with 2-4 plays to the huddle in a place were he struggles so much as Seattle? :patrice:

NOOOOO, we have to simplify the game plan. He isn't going to be able to audible at the last minute and get away with it. WE NEED TO PRESERVE TIMEOUTS AT ALL COST. even if it cost us 5 yards we have to covet timeouts like our daughters virginity's. No penetration or usage what so ever.

I know we shouldn't do it. But do we believe Harbs/Roman will adapt at this point? :patrice:

BTW, if Lynch rapes us again I'ma break something on somebody's head :birdman:

They'll keep doing what they've been doing...which is sending him with 2-3 plays to call. They're on record as saying that they would rather have the "perfect play" called against whatever the defense is showing.

Get ready to burn some TO's because of last minute changes...

Lynch is gonna get his yards...what can't happen is he have a monster day. The Niners have to feed Gore, though. Every time they've beaten Seattle, Gore has been fed and ate well (over 100 yards rushing). He's the key. He doesn't have to have 10-12 yard runs every time he touches the ball, but he has to have a steady diet of the ball and the Niners have to keep with it.

Just think about this...the Niners were down 5-0 in the 3rd quarter against Seattle earlier this season, and Gore didn't even have 10 carries for the game at that point (I don't think he had 10 carries all game, tbh). Is it any wonder that we ended up losing that game? You gotta feed Gore and let that line do what it was drafted for...

If Gore has a big game that helps bring us back to the SB, he would be sealing future HOF contention IMO.
I think we will also try to unleash Kaep's legs in this game. He hasn't had a big game on the ground against the Hawks yet and I think he's due.

I agree. I also think Vernon should be primed for a big game, too. Realistically, we should be play action passing it to him, anyways. The Seahawks play 8 in the box with Chancellor. They'll want to man up the receivers with the Corners with Thomas over the top. If we can get Vernon working the middle of the field we should be good.

The Yay
thing about vernon Ive never seen him man up against physical coverage. hes great when he has space due to his speed...doubt we'll see a lot of him during this game unless its some good playcall
I think the passing game should come down to trusting quan and crabs against those corners. you arent getting much separation so you want someone with good hands who can jump and fight for the ball to have a chance. thats not vernon, lol.

agreed on gore being key. hags are susceptible to the run and while I think they will focus on frank and containing kaep, theres still holes to be had.
