Sza was damn near washed out and grinned for her spot off of the Soundcloud come up until it hit. Normani girls came in as pop stars in groups and dont like to work to maintain that spot.

I think her best route was to keep busy by releasing EPs and go viral with performances. She's got talent, but her team doesn't know how to market her or release stuff in a timely manner. I think if she did smaller releases she would've been fine.
