As a person who has PR in my family, the black and PR community especially in NY have a long relationship.
Not necessary "allies" but out of every ethnic group in America, PR's have assimilated into AA communities the most imo. Instead of trying to distance themselves.

2nd, There are black PR... I get that some people below the USA are c00ns, but we also have c00ns who are AA.
i have a black hispanic bm... she considers herself black. Her family loves me... it's basically the same as any other black chick i've dated.
Also, one of my best Friends , we been tight for over 15 years.... we saved eachothers lives and everything.. he's half rican. I will say, he's not pro black - but he never did any c00n shyt, and doesnt prefer white girls...

@ me being a CAC. I see that I pissed off a lot of SIMPs. I never shyt on black women and I always said that I would marry one. I ain't anti-anything, but anti-c00ning. Just came from a Latino owned store, stood at the counter for a good minute while the guy watched 2 black teens like a hawk. Like I said just as bad as whites, but but worse because they should know better but almost all don't. Walked my ass right out, won't get a penny from me. I've never even see the Arabs at the other store do this. Shame on the kumbaya c00ns in here caping for them.

Are you not aware some Puerto Ricans are black(especially in the states) or have African DNA?

From my experience Puerto Ricans in NY hate white people more than black people, even the white looking ones. Just saying.
Puerto Ricans are not like immigrant group(they're technically not immigrants) where they try to look for white acceptance. They have already assimilated into American culture so theres no need for them to.
